328-332 Oxford Street, W1

 Location

Oxford Street forms one of central London’s principal ‘retail sub markets’ along with Bond Street, Regent Street and Covent Garden. With close to 4.5 million sq ft of retail space it is the capital’s and the UK's principal retail thoroughfare.

Oxford Street benefits from excellent public transport links with four London Underground stations along its length. The busiest are Oxford Circus and Bond Street which account for some 63 and 30 million annual passengers respectively. Over 100 million passengers use the Central Line every year between the Marble Arch and Oxford Circus stations, between which is located the prime retail stretch of the Street.

Oxford Street is also served by some 19 different bus routes, with 30 bus stops along it’s length and often more than 200 buses (along with numerous taxis) using the thoroughfare per hour.

The proposed Crossrail project will significantly benefit the
whole area by providing high speed east/west access between Paddington and Liverpool Street. Two of the main entrances are to be located at Oxford Circus and Bond Street Stations.

In addition there are several large car parks located nearby including Cavendish Square and Park Lane, providing close to 1,200 spaces between them.
